Pro Principle

We believe every runner can improve – whether that's to become faster, stronger, or learning to just enjoy running.  That’s why we put our athletes first – and develop a training program in collaboration with our runner’s needs, experience, and goals. We refrain from preaching a certain type or style of training. Instead, we endeavour to understand the runner - their internal motivations, weaknesses, and strengths. We look at what’s important to each athlete, and consider their life and lifestyle above and beyond just running. No two athletes are the same, and neither are our programs. At Run Pro, each athlete is empowered beyond just running to make better, more informed decisions about their own training and racing. We hope in working with Run Pro our runners feel more motivated to run and achieve goals outside of running too.

Pro Knowledge

Run Pro was born from an idea to share the training, tools & research that Pro’s have learned and experienced through years of training and competing across the globe.

Our team of Pro’s are all athletes, who have competed and raced at a pro level.  Each program embodies our Pro Knowledge to help build the foundations of solid running training, while also sharing  extra insights about; training, recovery, nutrition, racing and tactics that will help to give an extra edge and better results. The Pro Knowledge our team has experienced is centric to our coaching and training practises, which in turn gives runners the confidence and framework to train smarter and harder.

Pro Program

Each program is specifically designed & tailored to each and every athlete. At Run Pro we take the time to understand our runners as people – not just as athletes. This is an important step to help guide what type of training will work to get our runners fitter, stronger and faster.

We have two categories of program athletes can choose from: Develop and Go.

Each style of program is designed to cater to the athletes' needs, ability and running goals.

Pro Develop: Our Pro Develop training program is focused on helping those runners who may have some experience running build up for a specific race or event to reach their goal. Pro Develop looks to implement simple and effective training philosophies into the training week; including specific fast days, long days and recovery days. We work closely with our athletes to build a manageable mix of training to improve performance.

Pro Go: Our Pro Go training Program focusses in on the runner who really wants to target and achieve a fast time at their next event. Whether that's an 800m or Ultra marathon, our Team of Pro’s works with each athlete to build an adaptive training program that takes our Pro Go athletes to the next level in their competition. Or Pro coaching team dive deep into sharing their training and racing experiences, working on custom strategies to improve the training affect and hit their racing goal.
